Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2691.17: Conflicting laws

Where this section sits in the code

Nothing in this article shall be construed to supersede the

provisions of Sections 161 through 168 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma

Statutes. In the event of the conflict of any of the provisions of

this article with any of the above-cited sections, then such cited

section shall take precedence over this article, and this article

shall be construed accordingly.
