Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2813: Applicability

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of this article apply only to farmers' mutual

fire insurance associations and such associations shall be governed

by this article to the extent provided herein. Such associations

shall comply with all provisions of the Insurance Code to the extent

that such provisions are not in conflict with the provisions of this

article.
