Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-2913: Deposit in lieu of bond

Where this section sits in the code

In lieu of such bond, the attorney may maintain on deposit with

the State Treasurer through the office of the Insurance Commissioner

a like amount in cash or in value of securities qualified under this

Code as insurers' investments, and subject to the same conditions as

the bond.
