Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4081: Annuities issued before effective date of act

A charitable gift annuity issued before the effective date of

this act which does not meet the definition of a qualified

charitable gift annuity under this act shall be deemed to be a

qualified charitable gift annuity under this act.
