Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-4803.1: Fire insurance policies - Time of expiration

All fire insurance policies, as defined by Section 4802 of Title

36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall expire at 12:01 a.m. Standard

Time on the expiration date stated in the policy. This section shall

apply to all fire insurance policies on the first policy renewal

date after December 31, 1982.
