Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-5113: Date for compliance with act

No insurer or reinsurer shall continue to utilize the services

of a reinsurance intermediary on and after September 1, 1992, unless

utilization is in compliance with the provisions of the Reinsurance

Intermediary Act.
