Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-619.1: Availability of coverage without regard to geographic

location.

All insurers, as a condition of their authority to transact

insurance in this state, shall make available all of the kinds of

insurance coverage that they are transacting in this state to all

Oklahoma residents, without regard to geographic location, but

subject to the insurers' underwriting standards.
