Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6219: Initial license; grounds for refusal

The Commissioner may refuse to issue an initial license for any

of the causes set out in Section 6220 of this title, failure to pass

the required examination, or prior revocation of an adjuster's

license in this state or in any other state.
