Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6402: Rates

Where this section sits in the code

The rates for such custom harvesting insurance shall be those

rates on file with the Insurance Commissioner on May 15, 1986, or if

such rates are not on file and need to be submitted or filed with

the Insurance Commissioner.
