Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6530.6: Board of Directors – Powers

The Board may:

1. Exercise powers granted to insurers under the laws of this

state;

2. Sue or be sued; and

3. Request the Insurance Commissioner to check the reports,

records, books and papers of the Insurance Department to determine

the financial condition of an insurer for purposes of Section 8 of

this act.
