Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6596: Application of Section 9.1 of Title 23 to cause of action

brought under act.

Subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of subsection C of Section 9.1 of

Title 23 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall not apply to any cause of

action brought under the Managed Health Care Reform and

Accountability Act.
