Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6836: Privilege effective date

The insurance compliance self-evaluative privilege created by

this act shall apply to all audits performed or commissioned after

the effective date of this act, whether or not the litigation or

administrative proceedings were pending on the effective date of

this act.
