Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6924: Payment of fees

Every health maintenance organization subject to the provisions

of the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 2003 shall pay to the

Insurance Commissioner the fees provided in Section 321 of Title 36

of the Oklahoma Statutes.
