Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6949: Severability

Where this section sits in the code

If any provision of the Risk-based Capital (RBC) for Health

Maintenance Organizations Act of 2003 or its application to any

person or circumstance is held invalid, such determination shall not

affect the provisions or applications of this act that can be given

effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end

the provisions of this act are severable.
