Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6976: Restrictions on provider choice of sources and suppliers

— Reimbursement.

No agreement between an insurer or prepaid vision plan and a

vision care provider shall restrict or limit, either directly or

indirectly, the provider’s choice of sources and suppliers of

services or materials or use of optical labs provided by the vision

care provider to an enrollee. Vision care providers shall not

receive reduced reimbursement for using labs and suppliers that the

provider chooses to best serve patient outcomes.
