Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-7134: Violations - Penalties

Any organization, or its officers or directors, which violate

any provision of the Cemetery Merchandise Trust Act shall, upon

conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject

to a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more

than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
