Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-924.3: Appeals of rating classifications

The Insurance Commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations

creating a procedure for an employer to appeal its rating

classification for workers' compensation insurance to the

Commissioner. Any hearings pursuant to this procedure shall be

subject to the Administrative Procedures Act.
