Okla. Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-2-158: Suspension of licenses by Governor in cases of natural

disaster or civil disturbance.

In case of natural disaster or civil disturbance the Governor

may, for the duration of such natural disaster or civil disturbance

thereof, immediately suspend without notice any license granted

under the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
