Okla. Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-5-106: Gross receipt tax revenue - General Revenue Fund

Where this section sits in the code

All revenues generated from the gross receipts tax levied

pursuant to Section 108 of this act shall be paid to the State

Treasurer and placed to the credit of the General Revenue Fund of

the State of Oklahoma.
