Okla. Stat. tit. 37A, § 37A-7-107: Authorized licensees

This act shall only grant authorization to holders of State of

Oklahoma mixed beverage liquor licenses or caterer licenses but not

to licensees that simultaneously hold any licensure or privilege to

manufacture alcoholic liquors or beverages within or outside of the

State of Oklahoma.
