Okla. Stat. tit. 3A, § 3A-203.2: Advisory councils and task forces

The Commission is hereby authorized to appoint such advisory

councils and task forces as it deems necessary for counsel and

advice concerning the formulation and administration of the rules of

racing and the administration of the programs authorized by the

provisions of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Act.
