Okla. Stat. tit. 4, § 4-30.9: Required information updates

An animal shelter operator or commercial pet breeder shall

notify the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry in

writing not later than ten (10) days after the date any change

occurs in the address, name, management, substantial control, or

ownership of the business or operation.
