Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-173: Penalty

Where this section sits in the code

Any person, firm or corporation violating the preceding section

shall be fined in any sum not less than One Hundred Dollars

($100.00), nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and any

person so blacklisted shall have a right of action to recover

damages.
