Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-601: Applicability

APPLICABILITY. This part applies to appeals from determinations

of the Commission or its representatives to its appeals tribunal, to

appeals from decisions of its appeals tribunal to the Board of

Review and to judicial review of decisions of the Board of Review.
