Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-455: Inspections and investigations

The Commissioner of Labor or an authorized representative shall

have the power and authority to enter at reasonable times upon any

property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating contractors

relating to the abatement of any friable material containing

asbestos pursuant to the Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act.
