Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-46: Refusal of service to employer not fulfilling contracts

Any court of competent jurisdiction, after having determined

that any employer in this state is not fulfilling contracts made

through employment agents, may order all employment agents in the

state to refuse further service to such employer.
