Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-467: Liability insurance

No person shall operate an amusement ride unless at the time

there exists a policy of insurance in an amount of not less than One

Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) insuring the owner or operator

against liability for injury suffered by persons riding the

amusement ride.
