Okla. Stat. tit. 41, § 41-20: Contribution by joint tenants

If a joint tenant, or tenant in common, or tenant in

coparcenary, have, by consent, management of the estate, and make

repairs and improvements with the knowledge, and without objection,

of his cotenant or coparcener, such cotenant or coparcener shall

contribute ratably thereto.
