Okla. Stat. tit. 42, § 42-142.4: Fraudulent statement - Felony

Any original contractor who falsifies any statement regarding

liens on labor or material to any owner of a dwelling, upon

conviction, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable

as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title

21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
