Okla. Stat. tit. 43, § 43-11: Copy of record - Admission as evidence

Copies of any record required to be made and kept by the judge

of the district court under the provisions of this chapter,

certified to by the judge of said court, under his official

signature and seal, shall be received as evidence in all courts of

this state.
