Okla. Stat. tit. 43, § 43-423: Court order for participation in registry program

The court may order parents to participate in the child

visitation registry program either before or after divorce or

custody proceedings have become final. The court may order parents

to participate in the program on its own motion or upon the motion

of either parent.
