Okla. Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-3-405: Expenditure of funds

The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and

Substance Abuse Services may use any monies appropriated to the

agency to fund or assist in funding expenditures of the Board of

Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services which are necessary to

perform the duties imposed upon the Board by law.
