Okla. Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-3-425: Alcohol- and drug-dependent person with associated

medical problems - Treatment.

Any alcohol- and drug-dependent person with associated medical

problems will be treated by appropriate medical facilities such as a

duly licensed general hospital.
