Okla. Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-5-310: Mental Health Law provisions applicable

Unless otherwise provided by law, the provisions of the Mental

Health Law shall be applicable to consumers admitted to state mental

hospitals under the provisions of the Mental Hospital Voluntary

Admission Procedures Act.
