Okla. Stat. tit. 43A, § 43A-7-105: Delivery of personal funds at time of discharge

It shall be the duty of the executive director of such facility

to deliver all personal funds in the possession of the executive

director for the benefit of a consumer to such consumer at the time

the consumer is discharged.
