Okla. Stat. tit. 44, § 44-223: Privilege from arrest

Active members of the National Guard shall be privileged from

arrest during their attendance at drills, parades, inspections,

encampments, and while on active duty, and in going to and returning

from the same, except in cases of treason, felony and breaches of

the peace.
