Okla. Stat. tit. 44, § 44-233.13: Authority to purchase products through a General

Services Administration contract.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Military

Department of the State of Oklahoma shall be authorized to purchase

products which are available through a General Services

Administration contract. Such products shall not be required to be

on a current state contract before a purchase can be made.
