Okla. Stat. tit. 44, § 44-27: Compensation of personnel

The Adjutant General and Assistant Adjutants General shall be

paid a sum equivalent to the pay of his/her federally recognized

rank, exclusive of allowances. Other officers and enlisted men and

employees of the Department shall be paid in amounts fixed by the

Adjutant General and within amounts appropriated for that purpose.
