Okla. Stat. tit. 44, § 44-3: Reference to repealed clauses

When an act or law of the State of Oklahoma, not repealed

herein, shall refer to any act or any section of any law which is

repealed herein, such reference shall be deemed to refer to the

section or sections of this act covering the same subject matter.
