Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-1.5: Rules and regulations

The Board shall adopt within one hundred and eighty (180) days

of the effective date of this act, rules and regulations governing

ventilation, underground haulage, hoisting operations, explosives,

and such other regulations it may deem necessary to protect the

health and safety of persons employed in the mines of this state.
