Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-40: Obstruction of inspectors - Penalty

Every person who willfully obstructs the Chief Mine Inspector or

district mine inspector, in the execution of his duties under this

Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction he shall be

punished as hereinafter provided.
