Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-44: Special counsel in certain proceedings involving Attorney

General.

If the Attorney General shall seek redress on behalf of the

state as provided for in the Administrative Procedures Act, the

Oklahoma Mining Commission is empowered to appoint a special counsel

for such proceedings.
