Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-604: Punishment for offense

Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section

twelve of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon

conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum of not more than One

Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not to exceed one (1)

month in the county jail or both such fine and imprisonment in the

discretion of the court.
