Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-733: Legal assistance

At the request of the Department the Attorney General shall

provide such legal assistance as may be needed in interpreting,

enforcing and carrying out the provisions of this act including but

not limited to institution of and prosecuting legal actions and

proceedings for injunctive relief and this improvement shall include

the provisions of Section 17 hereof.
