Okla. Stat. tit. 45, § 45-935: Collection of delinquent fees

All delinquent fees imposed by this act shall constitute a debt

due to the state and may be collected by action brought by the

Attorney General in the name of the state against the delinquent

debtor in any court of competent jurisdiction.
