Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1020: Vehicle equipment standards

Transportation network companies shall require that any motor

vehicle(s) that a TNC driver will use to provide prearranged rides

meets the equipment standards required of private motor vehicles

under Section 12-101 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
