Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1022: Seating capacity - Passengers

Transportation network companies shall adopt a policy

prohibiting the provision of prearranged rides in any vehicle with a

manufacturer's designed seating capacity of more than fifteen

persons, including the driver, and prohibiting the transportation of

multiple passengers in numbers exceeding the manufacturer's designed

seating capacity.
