Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1024: Recordkeeping

Transportation network companies shall maintain:

1. Individual trip records for at least two (2) years from the

date each trip was provided; and

2. TNC driver records at least until the two-year anniversary

of the date on which a TNC driver's activation on the TNC digital

network has ended.
