Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1133.3: Noncommercial boat trailers and utility-type trailers -

Annual registration.

At the option of the owner, Service Oklahoma is authorized to

register boat trailers and utility-type trailers, which are not

being utilized in a commercial capacity, on an annual basis for a

fee of One Dollar ($1.00).
