Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-121.11: Commercial vehicles to have copy of reports as to

defects.

Each driver of a commercial vehicle hauling either passengers or

goods, wares and merchandise for hire, shall keep in coach for one

(1) month's time a true copy of motor coach defect report made by

driver, and a copy of the mechanic's report on such defect or

defects for a like period of time.
